Terms of service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account on VIP-Ads you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Accounts

One account per person. Multiple accounts, false information and sharing of login credentials are not permitted.

3. Submitted websites

You may only submit websites you are allowed to promote. Forbidden: illegal content, malware, frame-breakers, forced downloads, pop-ups, adult content involving minors, and anything else that violates applicable law.

We may pause, reject or remove any site at our discretion and without notice.

4. Fair use

Artificial view generation through bots, emulators, scripted browsers or incentivized third parties is prohibited and leads to credit cancellation and account termination.

5. Credits

Credits are a virtual unit within :app with no cash value. Purchased credits are non-refundable once spent on delivered traffic, except in cases of verified technical failure on our side.

6. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms. Upon deletion, remaining credits expire.

7. Liability

The service is provided as-is. Liability for damages from the use of displayed third-party websites lies exclusively with those website operators.
